Covid has disrupted the lives and businesses of majority of us. As we move out of the lockdown, the unlocking is leading us to the new normal. The opening will take different shapes, with different countries, different regions, and different business sectors opening up in different ways and at differing speeds.

Mr. Cherian Kuruvilla, Business Mentor and Leadership Coach joined for a webinar organised by World Trade Center and spoke about the various strategies for businesses to start afresh. He said that opening up will take different shapes, with different regions and different business sectors opening up in different ways and at differing speeds. The fire-fighting is expected to continue till we hear anything positive about Covid. He urged business owners to do a self-assessment on their goals and vision and get more into the details.

Mr. Kuruvilla remarked that entrepreneurs and SMEs unlike corporates have always a sense of belonging towards employees. It is important to hold all the employees together when in a crisis. He asked the participants not to under value themselves or over sell. Know your niche and stay to it. Focus on networks and believe in collaboration.

Business Owners, Family Businesses, Co-founders and Solo Entrepreneurs participated and shared their views.
