World Trade Center together with NIPM Madras Chapter invite you to a panel discussion on "Managing Hybrid Teams". As employees begin returning to work, many offices are limiting capacity or having employees come into the office on specific days or shifts. This results in a hybrid team structure, where some employees work remotely while others work from the office. The objective of this program is to discuss how hybrid work model is evolving, its challenges and to come up with practices/policies to ensure that productivity is not compromised.
