The theme of the Webinar was 'Covid 19: Managing the Challenges in Retail Sector'. Dr. Anil Chinnabhandar, Senior Vice President, Landmark Group and a specialist in the Omni-Retail domain, spoke on how the Retail sector has been affected by the pandemic, what various businesses are doing to cope up with the scenario and the opportunities that lie ahead for the sector.He touched on aspects like changes in Customer spending habits that one may anticipate, scope for kirana stores to re-emerge and consolidate, challenges that Luxury brands would face, to mention just a few key issues.More than 200 participants attended the Webinar.
