Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may sometimes undergo unforeseen changes. To ensure transparency and fairness in our dealings with our valued customers, we have formulated a comprehensive Cancellation and Refund Policy for our tour packages. This policy is crafted with your convenience and our commitment to quality service in mind. We encourage all participants to familiarize themselves with the terms outlined below to facilitate a seamless and mutually beneficial experience.

100% refundable Till January 31st, 2024
50% refundable February 1st- February 15th , 2024
Non-refundable February 2nd through conference date

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 45 after the end of the conference. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.


In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify the cancellation policy.

Tour Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to all participants.

Participant Responsibility:

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any visa requirements and travel restrictions. Failure to comply will not result in a refund.

Transfer Policy:

Transfer of registration (same ticket type) is permitted prior to February 15, 2024. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that transfer as well as updating any contact / demographic information.
