We partnered with the Indian Institute of Materials Management, Bangalore to conduct the 5th Edition of Professor Ravi Ravindran Endowment Lecture. Professor Emeritus, Dr. A. Ravi Ravindran, Penn State University USA was the keynote speaker at the event. Dr. Rohini Srivathsa, National Technology Officer, Microsoft India spoke on “Building resilient supply chains”. She explained how future supply chain systems will have higher service levels, will be cost optimized and be more dynamically responsive. AI can make supply chain more resilient by optimizing the operations, increasing productivity, providing new revenue streams and increasing customer loyalty. She also gave her experiences at Microsoft navigating through the challenges using technology and analytics.
