Mr. Apul Nahata, Chief mentor - Brigade REAP was the moderator.

Mr. Abhinay Choudary explained how they tackled the challenges posed by Covid when their delivery system was severely hit by the restrictions. Mr. Vivek Agarwal spoke on how they adapted to the new situation by offering customized investment products that customers can buy without a site visit. Ms. San Banerjee spoke about the importance of building a community of property managers, customers and vendors that improves customer delight. Mr. Srinivas Madhavam opined that as entrepreneurs, one has to focus on their strengths. He also added that customer privacy is of utmost importance for them to value you.
