A webinar on 'Compliances under Hospitality Sector' was organized by the Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce. CA P.G. Subramanian was the speaker.

He explained why compliance requirements are high in the sector due to multiple regulations. Compliance procedure is best achieved through setting timelines for each activity and proper follow ups. 

Mr. Vineet Verma, Managing Director WTC Bengaluru Kochi and Chennai and Chairman - Tourism, Hospitality and Facility Expert Commmittee, BCIC opined that business is expected to revive this summer season. The Ukraine war may also have a slight effect  on business. He added that an average of 100 licenses and permissions are to be obtained for hotels depending on the location.
