Brigade FM Connect 2025, held at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, brought together the facilities management community from Brigade office parks in North Bangalore for an engaging evening of insights and interactions.

The event featured a presentation by senior leaders—Atul Kumar (COO - Facilities, WTCTP), Sitanshu Shekhar (Vice President - Operations, WTCTP), and Hemavathi V (Sr. GM - Sales & Leasing, Brigade)—who shared an overview of WTCTP’s corporate background, properties, and projects. They also highlighted the property’s safety standards, productivity enhancement measures, campus engagement initiatives, sustainability practices, and digital advancements.

The evening included a musical performance, networking opportunity for the participants, followed by cocktail dinner.
