World Trade Center Bengaluru & Lakshmi Kumaran & Sridharan Attorneys jointly organised an interactive session on “Draft-National e-Commerce Policy: Legal Issues and prospects” on 02nd May 2019.

This interactive session focussed on reviewing the proposed draft and to have an understanding of the operations of this draft policy. Event was attended by management professionals, legal counsels and employees of companies, the policy has been drafted to create a regulatory environment and ensure that there is genuine competition in the market, encourage entrepreneurship and innovation. It emphasizes on creating awareness amongst customers and business fraternity about the crucial elements of the policy and its benefits to them.
