WTC Bengaluru organized a seminar on “Annual Returns, Judicial Interventions and Dispute Resolution Scheme” in association with Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan on 2nd Aug 2019.

The speakers of the event Mr. P M Prabhakaran, Mr. Siddharth Bhatt and Mr. Vishwanath, addressed a group of participants from various organisations. The speakers spoke about the importance while filling the GSTR-9C as it is aimed at finding the gap between the GST Returns and Financial Accounts. Several decisions of various High Court and Supreme Court settling some important aspects of GST law were also discussed and Sabka Vishwas scheme - resolution of pending litigation under Central Excise and Service Tax Laws was also covered. This informative seminar was attended by participants from various organisations.
